Navigating the Digital Highway: Building Newtown Coaches’ Online Presence

Sydney’s Newtown Coaches, renowned for their first-rate customer service and ultra-comfy coaches (we’re talking reclining leather seats comfy), approached us at Static Void with a mission: to create an engaging digital presence and a user-friendly booking engine. Let’s just say, we hopped onto this bus with enthusiasm!

Newtown Coaches

Our journey started with the booking engine, a four-step process so simple it could be done while sipping your morning coffee. From specifying pickup and drop-off details to selecting your return journey, it’s as easy as pie, but without the calories.

Need more time on your journey for a scenic detour or an impromptu karaoke session? No worries! We added an ‘Extra time’ feature that’s more flexible than a gymnast, allowing an extension of up to 24 hours. And with the dynamic total distance and time calculator, you’ll always have a clear snapshot of your trip, minus the awkward selfies.

Choosing the right coach can be daunting, kind of like picking a movie on a Friday night. So, we created the ‘Vehicle Filter’ feature, accommodating groups from 1 to 58 people, because we know that size does matter when it comes to comfortable travelling.

When it came to payments, we wanted to make it safer than a vault at Gringotts. We incorporated options for credit card payments and direct bank transfers, with seamless redirections to PayPal and Stripe for secure transactions.

But our adventure didn’t stop at the booking engine. We took Newtown Coaches’ brand, added a dash of digital magic and transformed their entire online presence. From their website’s sleek design to their engaging content, we infused every element with their core values and a sprinkle of charm.

At Static Void, we don’t just build websites, we create digital experiences. And with Newtown Coaches, we’re proud to have crafted a digital presence that not only simplifies bookings but also brings a smile to your face. After all, who says booking a coach ride can’t be a joyride?
